Jedat will exhibit at “Photomask Japan 2009”, to be held at Pacifico Yokohama April 8- 9.

Jedat exhibits HOTSCOPE-Version7. HOTSCOPE is a ultra high performance DFM data browser, supporting GDS2 format, Mask data like MEBES or OASIS. User can overlap any data in same window. From V7, photo image data like SEM image can be overlapped on other data.

You can see new HOTSCOPE and latest technology, such as image processing functions.
